I rented a studio apartment and the process could not have been easier. The landlords provided new/ well-kept appliances and had fast response times to any questions I had. Moving half-way across the country I was unable to view the apartment before hand, but they provided pictures and information that made the move stress-free and simple. I highly recommend living here, particularly WVSOM students moving from far away!

Our rental units are priced competitively, but are also more affordable being just outside of Lewisburg. Units right in the town typically cost more and offer less.
Some of our units include all utilities with your rent. That means you need only make a single payment per month and let us worry about water, heat & air. Even if a unit does not include utilities, we still provide you with free amenities.
